CF-65 CONVEYOR FRYER
Designed for continuous frying operations. Manufactured with efficiency and human health in mind, this machine makes frying processes significantly easier.
The CF-65 Conveyor Fryer is designed for large-scale food production facilities and features a straight infeed construction. This allows product feeding via infeed conveyors, forming machines, or manual loading.
It is equipped with a 42 cm frying conveyor and is compatible with standard 40 cm forming machines. The CF-65 minimizes high oil consumption, labor costs, time, and energy losses for serial production and pre-frying operations.
Product Variety
The machine control unit includes preset programs ranging from 1 to 20 minutes, allowing frying of a wide variety of vegetable- and protein-based products.
Heating Elements
The CF-65 Conveyor Fryer is equipped with patented concealed tubular heating elements designed to eliminate user-related errors and prevent heater puncture, tearing, and residue adhesion. A cold zone beneath the heating elements prevents fallen products from burning and sticking, eliminating the need for scraping the frying chamber.
Cleaning Mode
When the oil temperature drops below 40°C, the frying chamber discharge valve is electronically opened via the control panel and the oil is transferred to the storage tank beneath the machine.
Once the chamber is fully emptied, the valve closes automatically and the cleaning valve opens.
Using the integrated hydraulic unit, the frying conveyor is lifted to a 45-degree angle, allowing full access for cleaning.
Filtration System
The CF-65 Conveyor Fryer features a cold oil filtration system. After daily operation and cooling, the oil pump is activated from the operator panel.
The pump transfers oil from the storage tank, passes it through three separate filters, and returns it to the frying chamber. This process is repeated daily.
Occupational Safety
As a fully enclosed system, the fryer prevents oil splashing and explosions, protecting operators. The frying chamber body is fully insulated to prevent skin burns. Hidden heating elements, safety thermostats, oil level sensors, and electronic valves reduce fire and electrical risks to a minimum.
Energy Efficiency
The CF-65 Conveyor Fryer is fully insulated to minimize heat loss during continuous frying. PID-controlled heating elements activate only in cooled zones, providing high efficiency and significant energy savings compared to conventional systems.
Product Feeding Systems
The CF-65 Conveyor Fryer offers three different feeding systems: a straight belt conveyor for process line integration or forming machines; a vibration feeder to remove excess coating without damaging products; and a silo feeding system for sliced products such as potatoes, eggplants, and zucchinis, ensuring excess water and trimmings are removed before frying to prevent oil degradation.
